I have been using Craig from Training and Assessment Services to carry out the site assessment for the Industrial/Commercial and Service and Maintenance NVQ’s for level’s 2 and 3 here at City College for the last 6 years and during this time I have found his service to be of a high value with good communication/liaison between myself, the employer and the apprentice, he is reliable and timely, he has a good knowledge of what is required for each of the assessments, he builds a rapport with the apprentice putting him/her at ease before and during the assessment process and he is highly recommended.

To confirm that Craig has worked alongside the colleges apprenticeship team for the last 18 months supporting intermediate and advanced apprentices undertaking heating and ventilation courses.
